With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry,-Mike Whichello brings unmatched knowledge,-leadership,-and passion to his role as Broker and Owner of Metropolitan Homes.-Since beginning his real estate career in 1997,-Mike has built a reputation for integrity,-results,-and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.-A seasoned entrepreneur,-Mike previously owned a successful mortgage company and a large-scale HOA property management firm overseeing more than 1,000 doors.
Judie Dowdle
With over 15 years of experience in HOA management and more than 20 years in retail customer service,-Judie Dowdle brings a wealth of organizational expertise and people-first dedication to Metropolitan Homes.-Known for her professionalism,-attention to detail,-and warm personality, -Judie keeps the office running smoothly while ensuring clients and team members feel supported every step of the way.- A lifelong Minnesotan, -Judie's enthusiasm for teamwork extends beyond the office.
Community Commitment
We are deeply committed to the well-being of our local communities. We are actively involved with Teddy's Heart, a charitable initiative dedicated to providing Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for installation in public parks. This cause was motivated by the tragic loss of a 21-year-old family member on a basketball court, and this commitment to public safety is a core part of our community focus.
